1. Warehouse Manager (E-Commerce)

Location: Seremban

Job Responsibilities:

      1) Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the e-commerce warehouse, including receiving, storage, picking, packing and shipping of orders.
      2) Implement and maintain effective inventory control systems to ensure accurate stock levels and timely replenishment.
      3) Optimise warehouse layout and workflows to improve productivity and efficiency.
      4) Oversee the performance of warehouse staff, providing training, support and motivation to drive continuous improvement.
      5) Collaborate with the e-commerce and logistics teams to ensure seamless order processing and timely delivery to customers.
      6) Analyse warehouse data and generate reports to identify areas for improvement and optimisation.
      7) Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety and environmental regulations.

Job requirements:

      1) Significant experience (5+ years) in a warehouse management or e-commerce fulfilment role, preferably in the retail or logistics industries.
      2) Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management and order fulfilment processes.
      3) Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
      4) Proficient in using warehouse management systems and data analysis tools.
      5) A driven and results-oriented approach, with a focus on continuous improvement.
      6) Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively manage and motivate a team.
      7) Familiarity with relevant health and safety regulations in the warehousing and logistics industry.
      8) Mandarin speaker is preferred to liase with Mandarin speaking clients


2. Account Senior Executive (Full-time)

Company: Deli Malaysia E-commerce SDN.BHD.

Location: PuChong | Selangor

Job Responsibilities:

      1)Financial Management & Reporting

    • Oversee daily accounting operations, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, policies, and statutory requirements.

    • Prepare and analyze full sets of accounts, including AR, AP, inventory control, and COGS, to meet management reporting deadlines.

    • Review financial statements and ensure timely submissions to regulatory bodies.

    2)Cash Flow & Treasury Management

    • Manage cash flow forecasting and planning to maintain optimal liquidity for daily operations.

    • Monitor bank transactions, reconcile accounts, and liaise with bankers on financial matters.

    • Handle insurance renewals for the group of companies.

    3)Budgeting & Cost Control

    • Lead annual budget preparation and monitor financial performance against budgets.

    • Implement corrective action plans to address variances and improve cost efficiency.

    • Oversee purchasing department activities to ensure cost-effective procurement.

    4)Process Improvement & Compliance

    • Establish and enforce accounting policies and internal controls to strengthen financial integrity.

    • Continuously improve business processes and ensure alignment with quality management systems.

    5)Stakeholder Collaboration

    • Work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to support financial and operational objectives.

    • Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management.

    6)Ad-hoc Duties

    • Support special projects and perform additional tasks as required by management.

Job Requirements:

      1)Education & Certification

    • Bachelor’s degree or professional qualification in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

    2)Experience

    • Minimum 3 years of managerial experience in accounting or finance, preferably in the e-commerce industry.

    • Proven track record in financial reporting, budgeting, and cash flow management.

    3)Technical Skills

    • Advanced proficiency in AutoCount accounting software and Excel (pivot tables, complex data analysis).

    • Ability to consolidate and analyze large datasets from multiple sources.

    4)Soft Skills

    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make timely decisions.

    • Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills to manage internal and external stakeholders.

3. Live Streamer / Host (Full-time & Part-time)

Job Responsibilities:

       1)Live Streaming & Sales Performance

    • Host dynamic live shopping sessions on TikTok and Shopee to promote and sell products, driving real-time conversions.

    • Achieve and exceed sales targets through engaging and persuasive hosting techniques.

    2)Audience Engagement & Community Building

    • Interact with viewers in real-time, answering questions, addressing concerns, and fostering a lively, interactive atmosphere.

    • Build rapport with the audience to create a loyal and engaged community.

    3)Content Creation & Optimization

    • Develop and execute creative live stream strategies, including polls, giveaways, and limited-time offers, to boost engagement and sales.

    • Film, edit, and upload short-form content (TikTok/Shopee videos) to tease upcoming live streams and keep the audience entertained.

    4)Collaboration & Campaign Alignment

    • Work closely with the marketing team to align live content with ongoing campaigns, promotions, and seasonal themes.

    • Provide feedback and insights to improve content strategy and viewer experience.

    5)Technical & Operational Excellence

    • Troubleshoot basic live stream technical issues to ensure smooth and professional broadcasts.

    • Stay updated on the latest TikTok/Shopee trends, product knowledge, and customer preferences to refine content planning.

Job Requirements:

      1)Language Proficiency

    • Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English (spoken and written).

    2)On-Camera Presence

    • Confident and charismatic on camera—must NOT be camera shy!

    • Ability to think on your feet and adapt to real-time audience interactions.

    3)Experience & Skills

    • 0–2 years of experience in live streaming, hosting, content creation, or public speaking (fresh graduates welcome!).

    • Familiarity with TikTok/Shopee live streaming tools and basic video editing is a plus.

    • Sales-driven mindset with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

    4)Work Ethic

    • Passionate about e-commerce, trends, and engaging with online communities.

    • Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings/weekends, to align with peak live stream times.
